Immersed cinnamon-crumble
apple pie
Ingredients:
200g soft butter
150g sugar
3Eggs (L)
200g Flour
½ pck of baking soda
900g sourish apples
Fat for the mold
Powdered sugar for dusting
Crumble:
150g flour
75g sugar
75g butter
10g AMUURA Ceylon cinnamon
For 1 Spring form with 28 cm Ø (12 pieces)
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the baking tin.

Stir soft
butter and sugar with the mixer until thick and foamy. Add Eggs one by one and
stir in. Mixflour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
Fill the dough into the mold.

Peel, quarter
and core the apples and cut into slices.
Cover the dough with the apples ( it
can never be too much of apples)
it and press firmly into the dough.

Prepare your crumble.
Mix the butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour in your mixer
till you have
many small buttery pieces.
Spread your crumbs over the apples.

Bake in the oven (circulating air 160 °) for about 35 minutes.
Take out, and enjoy <3
