Immersed cinnamon-crumbleapple pieIngredients:200g soft butter150g sugar3Eggs (L)200g Flour½ pck of baking soda900g sourish applesFat for the moldPowdered sugar for dustingCrumble:150g flour75g sugar75g butter10g AMUURA Ceylon cinnamonFor 1 Spring form with 28 cm Ø (12 pieces)Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the baking tin.1Stir soft butter and sugar with the mixer until thick and foamy. Add Eggs one by one andstir in. Mixflour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
Fill the dough into the mold.2Peel, quarterand core the apples and cut into slices.Cover the dough with the apples ( it can never be too much of apples)it and press firmly into the dough.3Prepare your crumble.Mix the butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour in your mixertill you have many small buttery pieces.Spread your crumbs over the apples.4Bake in the oven (circulating air 160 °) for about 35 minutes.
